Concept Brief

The concept brief is important to set the focus of the design. Your idea that will be representing your brand/person/product needs to be expressed clearly in terms you relate to the idea. 


We accept

  • mood boards,

  • descriptives and

  • brand stories

Concentrate on what you like and what you want the brand and scent to project.


The perfumer does not need you to be able to describe your idea in perfumery terms.

We do not accept references to other commercial perfumes. There are other companies who copy fragrances, we do not.

NOTE: we do NOT design fragrance for medical products or sunscreens. 

Specific ingredients or type

We need to know if you have requirements for the ingredients before design begins. Example organic, natural, hypo-allergenic etc.

NOTE quality natural scent ingredients are quite costly and need to be taken into account up front. If a client switches over to naturals outside the brief there is a charge of $1,000.00

Ethical Requirements

Any specific ethical needs, including special reports or satisfying certifications of end product.

If this is requested during or after the design process there is will be an additional design charge of $1000.00
